Smaller builds, such as landing pages or limited site refreshes, can often be completed sooner. More complex projects involving ecommerce, memberships, custom integrations, or performance optimization may take longer and are typically delivered in phases.

Projects are priced based on scope, complexity, and timeline. Most work is billed hourly, with clear estimates provided upfront based on your project needs.
Standard work is billed at $110 per hour. Rush timelines or priority scheduling are available at $150 per hour.
All projects require a $500 project initiation fee. This fee is non refundable and covers discovery, planning, initial setup, and administrative preparation. Work does not begin until the initiation fee is received.
For larger projects, we provide an estimated hour range and can break work into phases so progress, cost, and priorities stay clear throughout the build.
There are no surprise fees. Any changes to scope are discussed and approved before additional work begins.
Yes. Ongoing support is available after your project is complete.
Support can include site updates, performance monitoring, security maintenance, content changes, and technical troubleshooting. Some clients prefer occasional support as needed, while others choose a monthly maintenance arrangement for continued care and priority access.
We will discuss support options at the end of your project and recommend an approach based on how your site is used and maintained.
Ongoing support is always optional and never required.
